This 21st Century Learning Facility is designed to create a bright, engaging and connected learning environment for 150 students from grades 7-12. The large foyer is at the heart of the school and provides a space for students, teachers and the broader community to host gatherings and events.

A steel frame structure, this building required attention to detail to ensure an energy-efficient building envelope. This was a Design-Build contract with Ketza Construction, and a fast track schedule to produce full construction documents within 4 months. Construction is anticipated to be completed in the summer of 2020.
